The school is intelligently and rationally run. Most of the teachers on the staff are quite young and fun- loving and have an obvious passion for teaching English. In the best cases this enthuisiasm rubs off onto their students. Of course working as an English teacher is not always a bed of roses, but I definitely look back on the time I spent there fondly. I hope those still at Labaton remember me as fondly, as I do them.

February 2009 marks the tenth birthday of Linguistic Centre Cambridge, therefore marking a significant event in the history of the school. The classrooms of the school are filled with motivated, enthusiastic, interested and interesting students who try hard in the lessons to contribute to the learning process. Linguistic Centre Cambridge is one of the biggest and best known schools in Novosibirsk and for me to be part of that history is personally something special.

Что нужно ученику, собирающемуся сдать Кембриджский экзамен? Всего понемножку. "Всё" - чтение художественной литературы и периодики, тренировка слуха с аудио и видео носителей, разговорная и письменная практика. "Немножко" - язык требуемого уровня. А преподаватель помогает научиться "всему понемножку".

Преподаватель всю жизнь кого-то оценивает, а кто оценит преподавателя? Хочется получить такую оценку, во-первых, просто из любопытства, во-вторых, чтобы не думать о себе слишком хорошо (или слишком плохо) и, в третьих, из врожденного чувства справедливости: ну почему все я? пусть кто- нибудь другой помучается с этими баллами- процентами!
